Welcome to Maccabi 

Maccabi Youth and Sports Centre opened on 27th September 1970 on the south side of Glasgow. Maccabi was originally established as a private club but our Function Suite and most sections are  now open to all.

 The Maccabi is an ideal location for business and for leisure.

 The Centre is located in Giffnock in the heart of East Renfrewshire, close to road and rail links and only 20 minutes from Glasgow City Centre. Local shops, restaurants and banks

are all within walking distance of the Centre and we have on-site parking with over 70 spaces.

Private and Corporate Events

The Maccabi Function Suite can accommodate up to 200 guests and is a quiet and accessible location for a range of events including wedding receptions, Barmitzvahs, anniversary and birthday parties. Maccabi staff are on hand to help you plan and organise your event allowing you to relax knowing your event is in safe hands.

 The luxurious function suite can be hired with our first-class and fully refurbished catering kitchen.

Maccabi can help you give your child a birthday party to remember. We offer party packages ranging from discos and five-a-sides, to bouncy castles and art & craft play.

 For our older guests, the venue boasts an excellent dance floor and bar area. Maccabi is fully flexible and we are happy to run a bar to support your event, or alternatively we can help you apply for your own licence.
